Mantenimiento del sistema informático “Sistema para gestionar el proceso de medición de la calidad de Software”

Abstract

La Facultad de Informática y Matemática de la Universidad de Holguín desde sus inicios ha promovido como primicia fundamental el desarrollo de sistemas informáticos donde esté presente la calidad. Estos sistemas transitan por un proceso de desarrollo de software, pero en ningún momento se tiene en cuenta el manejo de los riesgos y los efectos de los mismos.En la actualidad dicha facultad cuenta con un Sistema web para gestionar el proceso de medición de la Calidad de Software (QSoft), concebido a partir del uso de plataforma web y software libre donde su función principal consiste en la gestión de la información del proceso de medición de la Calidad de Software. Con el paso del tiempo, es muy probable que el cliente descubra defectos en este, funciones adicionales que van a provocar beneficios, o que cambie el entorno original para el cual fue concebido. Mediante el uso de esta aplicación, se determinó que no se gestiona la información referente a la gestión de riesgos en Proyectos Informáticos. Con el desarrollo de esta investigación se pretende realizar un mantenimiento de mejora a dicha aplicación, con el propósito de adicionarle nuevas funcionalidades, dichas acciones están encaminadas a gestionar el proceso de gestión de riesgos en Proyectos de Software.

At the present time this The Faculty of Computer sciences and Mathematics of the ability has an application web to management the process of mensuration of the Quality of Software (QSoft), conceived starting from the platform use web and free software where its main function consists on the management of the information of the process of mensuration of the Quality of Software. With the step of the time, it is very probable that the client discovers defects in this, additional functions that will provoke benefits, or that changes the original environment for which was conceived. By means of the use of this application, it was determined that the information is not negotiated with respect to the management of risks in Computer Projects. With the development of this investigation it is sought to make the process of maintenance of this application, with the purpose of to add new functionalities and to adapt to the system to new conditions, actions are guided to the process of management of risks of software products.
