Análisis del diseño del molino de impacto para determinar su modificación con perfil ecológico

Abstract

El siguiente trabajo se realizó en la empresa (UEB) Cantera Pilón (ver anexo 5) la cual se encuentra situada en la carretera Mayarí - Moa. Estese basa en la realización de un análisis sobre el diseño del molino de Impacto para fabricar arena,con la incógnita de comprobar si el diseño reúne los requisitos para la producción, disminuyendo el impacto ambiental para trabajar sobre la base del ecodiseño sostenible. Para el desarrollo de latarea se consulto a expertos, se revisó gran parte de la bibliografía acerca de los molinos de Impacto. Se realizaron visitas a los lugares de la región donde se encontraban molinos de este u otro tipo con características similares para comparar lo que se venía haciendo.

The following work was carried out in the company Quarry Pylon which is located in the highway Mayarí - Moa. This it is based on the realization of an analysis on the design ofthe mill of Impact to manufacture stone powder, with the incognito one of checking if the design gathers the requirements for the production, diminishing the environmental impact to work on the base of the sustainable. For the development of the task I consult you to experts, great part of the bibliography was revised about the mills of Impact. They were carried out visits to the places of the region where they were mills of this or another type with characteristic similar to compare what one came making.
