Análisis de factibilidad de los sistemas de bombeo de agua en el sector de la agricultura, en la provincia de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo responde a la necesidad del Ministerio de la Agricultura (MINAGRI), de disminuir los altos índices de consumo, tanto de electricidad como de combustible fósil en labores vinculadas al trasiego de agua, enla provincia de Holguín. Se buscan alternativas viables que garanticen las mismas variables de caudal y eficiencia de las bombas de agua altas consumidoras. Con los ojos puestos en lograr eficiencia y productividad se hizo el estudio de diferentes emplazamientos de bombeo de agua que representan los máximos consumidores, en aras de definir en cuáles de ellas es factible y viable la sustitución de las bombas de agua, altas consumidoras, por Bombas de Ariete. Las enormes ventajas que representan lasBombas de Ariete con respecto a las bombas convencionales, las desventajas, el principio de funcionamiento del ariete hidráulico, sus partes fundamentales, posibles roturas, cómo enfrentarlas y evitarlas son algunos de los aspectos que se llevaron siemprepresente a la hora de hacer una correcta selección. Como resultado se obtuvo que con la sustitución, en un plazo de un año como máximo, se logra un ahorro suficiente paracubrir la inversión inicial necesaria para el emplazamiento de los arietes.

The present work responds to the necessity of the Ministry of the Agriculture (MINAGRI), in diminishing the high consumption indexes, so much of electricity as of fossil fuel in linked works the racking of water, in the county ofHolguín. They are looked for alternative viable that guarantee the same flow variables and efficiency of the filter pumps high consumers. With the on eyes in achievingefficiency and productivity was made the study of different locations of pumping ofwater that the maximum consumers represent, for the sake of to define in which belongs feasible and viable to them the substitution of the filter pumps high consumers forbombs of Battering ram. The enormous advantages that represent the battering ram bombs with regard to the conventional bombs, the disadvantages, and the principle of operation of the hydraulic battering ram, their parts fundamental, possible breaks, as to face them and to avoid them are some of the aspects that were always takenpresent when making a correct selection. As a result it was obtained that with the substitution, in a term of one year like maximum is achieved an enough saving to cover the necessary initial investment for the location of the battering rams.
