Estudio de la Efectividad de la Gestión del Mantenimiento en el taller de producción de hebra en la Empresa de Cigarros Lázaro Peña de la provincia de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó con el objetivo de buscar los datos que permitieron calcular la Efectividad en la Gestión del Mantenimiento, en el taller primario de la Empresa de Cigarros “Lázaro Peña” y con ello poder evaluar el desempeño de dicha actividad. Se realizó un estudio de las principales fuentes de información sobre la gestión del mantenimiento y sus indicadores. Se desarrollaron los cálculos de Eficacia y Eficiencia lo cual permitió realizar un estudio del comportamiento de los mismos en un periodo de tres meses; y luego se propuso la factibilidad de utilizar la función Efectividad en la Gestión del Mantenimiento, como medio para estimular materialmente el personal de mantenimiento del taller de producción de hebra.

The present investigation work was carried out with the objective of looking for the data that allowed to calculate the Effectiveness in the Administration of the Maintenance, in the primary shop of the Company of Cigarettes "Lázaro Peña" and with it to be able to evaluate the acting of this activity. It was carried out a study of the main sources of information on the administration of the maintenance and their indicators. The calculations of Effectiveness and Efficiency were developed that which allowed to carry out a study of the behavior of the same ones in a period of three months; and then it was intended the feasibility of the use of the indicative Effectiveness in the Administration of the Maintenance, like means to stimulate the personnel of maintenance of the shop of strand production materially.
