Sistema para la gestión de información en la Secretaria Docente de la Escuela Provincial del Partido de Holguín

Abstract

En el presente trabajo se exponen los fundamentos teóricos, las tendencias y tecnologías actuales, la descripción del objeto de estudio y de automatización, y el estudio de sostenibilidad del Sistema de Gestión de Información en la Secretaría Docente de la Escuela Provincial del Partido de Holguín, con el objetivo de automatizar los procesos que se desarrollan en este departamento y el proceso de actualización de la plantilla de los trabajadores del centro. A partir del análisis realizado, con el apoyo de la metodología Rational Unified Process (RUP), incorporándose a la programación de la presente aplicación el lenguaje PHP, con soporte de base de datos en MySQL y como servidor Web el Apache se elaboró la presente propuesta, cuya plataforma utilizada se basa en un sistema de administración de contenidos (Joomla) que permite brindar todas las facilidades de gestión de información en la Secretaría, quedando un sistema Web flexible, de administración sencilla e interacción agradable y de fácil uso. Partiendo del estudio de la valoración de sostenibilidad se concluye que permite el ahorro de recursos, como: papel, tinta, cintas de impresoras, recursos humanos, y tiempo empleado en buscar y reproducir la información por las vías tradicionales.

This paper presents the theoretical foundations, the current tendencies and technologies, the description of the object of study and the automation and the study of sustainability of the System of Management of Information for the School Secretariat of the Provincial Party School of Holguín. Its objective is to automate the processes that are developed by the School Secretariat and the processes to update the staff of school workers, which will contribute to deepen the processes of searching for various information, the visualization of different types of accounts, the integral analysis of the students, as well as the evaluation of each of them, on the bases of precise and concrete judgments.As from analysis accomplished, with the support of the methodology Rational Unifie Process ( RUP ), sitting up to the programming of present it application the language PHP, with base support of data in MySQL and like servant Web the Apache became elaborate present it proposal, whose utilized platform is based on a system of administration of contents ( Joomla ) that it allows to offering all of the facilities of steps of information in the secretary's office, becoming a system flexible, simpleadministration Web and pleasant and easy- use interaction. Departing from the study of sustainability evaluation it is been understood that the saving of resources permits, like: Paper, ink, tapes of printers, human resources, and lead time in searching and reproducing the information for traditional roads.
