Módulo informático para la gestión de la información de la elaboración de azulejos en la Empresa Cerámica Blanca de Holguín

Abstract

El desarrollo científico tecnológico ha generado importantes avances sociales. En instituciones donde se maneja un gran cúmulo de información se hace necesaria la concepción de un mecanismo para agilizar la gestión de sus actividades. La Empresa Cerámica Blanca de Holguín tiene como procesos fundamentales la producción de muebles sanitarios, figuras ornamentales y azulejos, de estos se obtiene información relativa al comportamiento del proceso, desglosándolo así según interés de la empresa con fines de control de la producción y la calidad. En este centro, el control de los datos se desarrolla de forma manual, lo que hace que el trabajo de los especialistas se dificulte y provoque a su vez pérdida de información. La presente investigación persigue el objetivo de desarrollar un módulo informático que permita gestionar la información de la elaboración de azulejos en dicha empresa lo que permitirá un mejor funcionamiento de las actividades productivas, así como hacer más fácil el trabajo de los usuarios. Para guiar el proceso de desarrollo de software se utiliza la metodología Iconix; la herramienta Enterprise Architect; empleando el lenguaje de programación Python; el framework Django y el Sistema Gestor de Base de Datos PostgreSQL.

The scientific and technological development has generated important social advances. In institutions where a large amount of information is handled, it is necessary to design a mechanism to streamline the management of their activities. The company Cerámica Blanca de Holguín has as fundamental processes the production of sanitary furniture, ornamental figures and tiles, from these information is obtained relating to the behavior of the process, thus breaking it down according to the company's interest with the purpose of controlling production and quality. In this center, the control of the data is developed manually and then they are introduced in a system, which makes the work of the specialists difficult and in turn causes loss of information. The present investigation pursues the objective of developing a computer module that allows to manage the information of the elaboration of tiles in said company which will allow a better functioning of the productive activities, as well as to make the work of the users easier. The Iconix methodology is used to guide the software development process; the Enterprise Architect tool; using the Python programming language; the Django framework and the PostgreSQL Database Management System.
