Diagnóstico del sistema de gestión de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo para la implementación de la NC ISO 45001:2018 en el Centro de Proyectos e Ingeniería del Níquel

Abstract

El presente trabajo consiste en la realización de un diagnóstico al estado actual del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo de la Empresa de Proyectos e Ingeniería del Níquel en Moa. La alta dirección necesita implementar NC 45001: 2018, por lo que es necesario detectar las no conformidades con respecto a los requisitos que plantea la nueva norma. Para realizar este diagnóstico se puso en práctica un procedimiento elaborado a partir de la bibliografía consultada (Velásquez Zaldívar Reynaldo) y a propuesta del tutor, que permitió evaluar el desempeño del sistema de SST. Se aplicaron técnicas como la revisión documental, entrevistas, encuestas y observación directa. Además, se usaron herramientas como la matriz MEFI, MEFE y DAFO; así como cálculos que permitieron conocer el nivel de competencia y motivación de los trabajadores. Como resultado final se conoció que la organización se encuentra en una posición favorable con respecto al desarrollo de la Gestión de la SST, pero persisten algunos incumplimientos de los requisitos de la NC 45001: 2018, las cuales no permiten implementar el Sistema. Finalmente se propuso un conjunto de acciones para dar solución a estos problemas.

The present work consists in the realization of a diagnostic of Health’s Security in the present-day status of Gestión's System in the Work of Projects and Company of the Nickel in Moa. The top management needs to implement NC 45001: 2018, which is why it is necessary to detect them no conformities regarding the requirements that you present the new standard. Carrying to end this diagnostic put in practice a procedure itself for it, elaborated as from the looked up bibliography (Velásquez Zaldívar Reynaldo) and on the motion of the tutor, that it allowed evaluating the performance of SST's system. Techniques like the documentary revision, interviews, opinion polls and direct observation were applicate. Besides MEFI, MEFE and DAFO used tools like the womb themselves; as well as calculations that they allowed knowing the level of competition and the workers’ motivation. As a result, ending was known that the institution finds itself in a suitable position with in relation to the development of the Step of the SST, but persist some unfulfillments of e requirements of the NC 45001: 2018, which do not allow implementing the System. Finally, a set of actions was intended to give solution to those problems.
