Evaluación para el mejoramiento del desempeño empresarial a partir de un enfoque basado en procesos en la UEB Industrial y Comercializadora de Gibara, Holguín

Abstract

La economía cubana se encuentra en un continuo proceso de búsqueda para incrementar al máximo la eficacia y eficiencia de sus organizaciones. Alcanzar estas metas, constituye un gran reto para las empresas debido a que actúan en un medio que le formula cada vez mayores exigencias. Esto implica que deben dirigir sus esfuerzos al perfeccionamiento de los procesos que la integran. Dentro de las empresas del sector empresarial cubano se encuentran las productoras de bienes y servicios. Formando parte de este sistema está la UEB Industrial y Comercializadora perteneciente a la Empresa Agroindustrial de Granos de Holguín. Esta entidad a pesar de cumplir con su encargo social, durante el año 2018 presentó deficiencias en su funcionamiento. Por lo tanto se decidió desarrollar este estudio con el objetivo evaluar el desempeño su desempeño empresarial a partir de un enfoque basado en procesos que permita detectar los problemas existentes y proyectar soluciones, que contribuyan a su mejoramiento. Como resultado se identificó que en todos los procesos hubo deficiencias, estas estuvieron relacionadas con: poca divulgación de la política y objetivos de calidad, débil tratamiento en temática ambiental, incumplimiento de los surtidos, deterioro del equipamiento, deficiente organización de los procesos, carencia e inestabilidad de las materias primas e insatisfacciones de los trabajadores con el salario. Posteriormente se trazaron las acciones de mejora. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo trazado se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos: análisis−síntesis, inducción−deducción, hipotético−deductivo, observación directa, consulta y análisis de documentos, encuestas, método concordancia de Kendall, etc.

This implies that they must bend their efforts to the perfecting of the processes that integrate her. The producers of goods and services find Cuban within the companies of the business sector. Being a part of this system be the UEB Industrial and trading belonging tot Company Agroindustrial of grains of Holguín. This entity in spite of fulfilling his social assignment, during the year 2018 you presented deficiencies in his functioning. Therefore, his entrepreneurial performance as from a focus based in processes that it enable decided to develop this study with the objective to evaluate the performance detecting the existent problems and projecting solutions, that they contribute to his improvement. As a result you provided evidence of identity than there were deficiencies in all of the processes, these were related with: not much divulgation of the policy and objectives of quality, weak treatment in environmental subject matter, unfulfillment of the assortments, the equipamiento's deterioration, deficient organization of the processes, scarcity and instability of the raw materials and dissatisfactions of the workers with the salary. At a later time they drew the improving actions. They used theoretic methods and empiricists in order to give fulfillment to the drawn objective: analysis synthesis, induction deduction, hypothetic deductive, direct observation, consultation and documentary analysis, opinion polls, method Kendall's concordance, etc.
