Sistema informático para la gestión de compraventa de almuerzos en la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

El Sistema informático para la gestión de compraventa de almuerzos en la Universidad de Holguín, se relaciona con la rama de la informática y en específico con la informatización del proceso de venta de ticket en los comedores obreros de la misma. En este se realiza el estudio del funcionamiento de un comedor obrero, lo que pone de manifiesto ineficiencias en su gestión y cuya solución orientan el objetivo de este trabajo. Se detallan las tecnologías utilizadas en la aplicación web, con las técnicas que garanticen la seguridad del sistema. Se diseña una interfaz de usuario cómoda, fiable y robusta, tanto para la vista del cliente como del administrador. Se utiliza la metodología XP para orientar las etapas del sistema informático. Se exponen los pasos seguidos en la implementación del sistema en su totalidad mostrando en todos los casos las tablas y diagramas que facilitan su comprensión. Se explican las formas más comunes para el control de acceso y se seleccionan las más apropiadas. Se ofrecen las especificaciones técnicas para el diseño e implementación y por último se utilizó el método Delphi para comprobar el grado de aceptación del trabajo. The computer system for the management of purchases of lunches at the University of Holguin, is related to the branch of computer science and specifically to the computerization of the ticket sales process in the workers' dining rooms of the same. This is the study of the functioning of a workers' dining room, which shows inefficiencies in its management and whose solution guides the objective of this work. The technologies used in the web application are detailed, with the techniques that guarantee the security of the system. A comfortable, reliable and robust user interface is designed, both for the view of the client and the administrator. The XP methodology is used to guide the stages of the computer system. The steps followed in the implementation of the system in its entirety are shown, showing in all cases the tables and diagrams that facilitate its understanding. The most common forms for access control are explained and the most appropriate are selected. The technical specifications for the design and implementation are offered and finally the Delphi method was used to check the degree of acceptance of the work.
