Técnica de salida en la barra fija de Gimnasia Artística de Holguín

Abstract

La Gimnasia Artística es una disciplina deportiva que pertenece al arte competitivo existente desde milenios. En el mismo, cada atleta realiza su selección gimnástica sobre cada aparato compuesto por técnicas que enriquecen esta selección. Se han detectado insuficiencias en la técnica de salida de la barra fija en el equipo masculino que se practica en la Escuela de Iniciación Deportiva Escolar de Holguín. Por ello se determina como problema científico: ¿Cómo mejorar la técnica de salida en la barra fija, de los atletas de 10 años de la EIDE “Pedro Díaz Coello” de Gimnasia Artística de Holguín? Dada la necesidad de solucionar el problema científico planteado se propone el siguiente objetivo de la investigación: Elaborar una propuesta de ejercicios para favorecer la técnica de salida de la barra fija, de los atletas de 10 años de la EIDE “Pedro Díaz Coello” de Gimnasia Artística de Holguín para contribuir a enriquecer la preparación técnica de los gimnastas, de la Escuela de Iniciación Deportiva Escolar de Holguín. La metodología de la investigación empleada se sustenta en el paradigma cualitativo; está fundamentada en el materialismo dialéctico, aunque se utilizan elementos de la investigación cuantitativa para su triangulación. Los métodos del nivel teórico, del nivel empírico y del nivel matemático que se emplean están determinados, fundamentalmente, el objetivo general y las tareas previstas

The Artistic Gymnastics is a sports discipline that belongs to competitive existent art from millennia. In the same, each athlete accomplishes his gymnastic selection on each appliance fixed by techniques that they enrich this selection. They have detected insufficiencies in the technique of exit of horizontal bar in the masculine team that practices himself at Initiation Deportiva Escolar's School of Holguín. Hence it is determined like scientific problem: How do we improve the technique of exit in horizontal bar of the athletes of 10 years, of the EIDE Pedro Diaz Coello of Artistic Gymnastics of Holguín? Once the need to solve the scientific presented problem was given he intends the following objective of investigation: Elaborating a proposal of exercises to favor the technique of exit of horizontal bar of the athletes of 10 years, of the EIDE Pedro Diaz Coello of Artistic Gymnastics of Holguín to contribute to enrich the technical training of the gymnasts of Initiation Deportiva Escolar's School, of Holguín. The methodology of used investigation is held in the qualitative paradigm; She is well-founded in dialectical materialism, although they utilize elements of quantitative research for his triangulation. The methods of the theoretic level, of the empiric and mathematical- level that are used are determined, fundamentally, the general objective and foreseen tasks.
