Implementación de una política de mantenimiento Preventiva Planificada y su sistema de mantenimiento, en el parque automotriz de la universidad de Holguín Oscar Lucero Moya.

Abstract

Este trabajo tiene como objetivo implementar una política de mantenimiento Preventiva Planificada y su sistema de mantenimiento correspondiente, en el parque automotriz de la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya”, basándose en los subsistemas de mantenimiento que conforman un sistema como tal. Se crearon premisas que servirán de metodología para lograr implantar una política de mantenimiento eficientemente. Generalmente los sistemas de mantenimiento se dividen en cuatro subsistemas, y precisamente en el trabajo se abordan los elementos mínimos indispensables, con que se debe contar para aplicar una política de este tipo en el taller de la universidad. El establecimiento de una estructura de ciclo de mantenimiento para cada una de las marcas de vehículos del parque automotor de la universidad, con el tiempo entre servicios y las tareas fundamentales a realizar en cada uno de los servicios, también constituyen una parte importante de este trabajo. Los resultados obtenidos se corresponden con los objetivos trazados y se llegó a la conclusión de que al implantar una política Preventiva Planificada se logrará organizar un plan de mantenimiento en el taller de la entidad y se podrá conocer con antelación y exactitud los medios y recursos indispensables con que se debe contar para realizar cada servicio técnico. This work has as objective to implement a Preventive Planned maintenance politics and its system of corresponding maintenance, in the self-driven park of the University of Holguín "Oscar Lucero Moya", being based on the maintenance subsystems that conform a system like such. Premises were created that will serve of methodology to be able to implant a maintenance politics efficiently. The maintenance systems are generally divided in four subsystems, and in fact in the work the minimum indispensable elements are approached, with which he/she should be to apply a politics of this type in the shop of the university. The establishment of a structure of maintenance cycle for each one of the marks of vehicles of the self-driven park of the university, with the time between services and the fundamental tasks to carry out in each one of the services, they also constitute an important part of this work. The obtained results belong together with the objectives layouts and you reached the conclusion that when implanting a Preventive Planned politics it will be possible to organize a maintenance plan in the shop of the entity and one will be able to know in advance and accuracy the means and indispensable resources with which it should be to carry out each technical service.
