Diagnóstico de la gestión de la calidad en la UEB de tabacos torcidos para la exportación ¨Hilda Torres Bacallao¨

Abstract

La presente investigación se realizó en la Unidad Empresarial de Base de tabacos para la exportación Hilda Torres Bacallao del municipio de Gibara, en la misma se tuvo como objetivo general diagnosticar el sistema de gestión de la calidad con vista de identificar los síntomas que presenta el Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad y proponer acciones para su mejora. Con la realización de la investigación se logró el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto, donde se procedió a la aplicación del procedimiento para implementar la transición hacia la Norma Cubana ISO 9001 del 2015 tesis de maestría en Ingeniería Industrial, autora Ingeniera Maydi Guach Leyva donde se detectaron causas que afectan al cumplimiento y certificación de su sistema, por lo que a partir de la visualización de estos problemas se formularon soluciones que contribuyen a mejorar su sistema de gestión. Al finalizar la investigación se exponen una serie de conclusiones y recomendaciones acerca de los elementos mas importantes reflejados en la investigación.

The present investigation was carried out in the Hilda Torres Bacallao Export Base Business Unit of the municipality of Gibara, in which the general objective was to diagnose the quality management system in order to identify the symptoms presented by the System. of Quality Management and propose actions for its improvement. With the accomplishment of the investigation the fulfillment of the proposed objective was achieved, where the procedure was applied to implement the transition to the Cuban Standard ISO 9001 of 2015 thesis of master's degree in Industrial Engineering, author Ingeniera Maydi Guach Leyva where causes were detected that affect the compliance and certification of your system, so that from the visualization of these problems solutions were formulated that contribute to improve your management system. At the end of the investigation, a series of conclusions and recommendations are exposed about the most important elements reflected in the research.
