Análisis financiero de las variables que inciden en el resultado empresarial del Hotel “Brisas Guardalavaca”

Abstract

El trabajo investigativo que se muestra se realizó en el Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca perteneciente a la cadena hotelera Cubanacan S.A y su objetivo es analizar los resultados de la gestión económica financiera para determinar las variables que tienen mayor influencia en el resultado empresarial en el periodo 2016-2018 y proponer estrategias de mejora en función del crecimiento del negocio, para el cual se aplicaron los principales métodos y técnicas del análisis económico financiero que brinden la información necesaria y oportuna para favorecer la toma de decisiones. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo trazado se conforman dos capítulos; en el primero se realiza la fundamentación teórico-conceptual del análisis económico-financiero y en el capítulo dos se aplican los métodos metodológicos, entre los métodos teóricos se utiliza el teóricos-históricos y el hipotético-deductivo, entre los métodos empíricos están la observación científica, la comparación y la medición para lograr la valoración de los resultados de la organización. De manera general se pudo verificar que la situación económica financiera de la empresa es desfavorable pues los resultados obtenidos en los diferentes análisis así lo demuestran.

Under the current conditions of economic development in its our inmersed country and like base for potentiality the current economic pattern becomes necessary to know and to evaluate the economic and financial situation of the companies to reach the goals proposed in the strategic schauled of the organization, in its mission and vision.The investigative work that is shown was carried out in the Hotel Brisas Guardalavaca belonging to the hotel chain Cubanacan S.A and its objective is to analyze the results of the financial economic administration to determine the variables that have bigger influence in the managerial result and to propose strategies of improvement in function of the growth of the business for which the main methods were applied and technical of the financial economic analysis that offer the necessary and opportune information to favor the taking of decisions. To give execution to the objective layout they conform to two chapters; in the first one he/she is carried out the theoretical-conceptual foundation of the economic-financial analysis and in the chapter two the methods are applied mentioned previously and the valuation of the results of the organization is made.In a general way you could verify that the financial economic situation of the company is unfavorable because the results obtained in the different analyses demonstrate this way it.
