Procedimiento para la planeación del capital humano con enfoque estratégico. Aplicación en el Establecimiento Textil Odérico Calzadilla Angulo. Banes

Abstract

La investigación que se presenta se realizó en el Establecimiento Textil Darío Calzadilla Angulo del municipio Banes con el objetivo de elaborar y aplicar un procedimiento para la planeación de los recursos humanos (PRH) con enfoque estratégico, que permita a la organización contar con el personal necesario tanto en cantidad y cualidad y así mejorar los resultados económicos y el desempeño de todos sus miembros. El procedimiento que se propone fue elaborado a partir del estudio de varios procedimientos entre los que se encuentran el propuesto por De Miguel Guzmán (2006), el de Machado Labrada (2010) y el de Hernández Domínguez (2009), de los cuales se tomaron los aspectos que se ajustan a la entidad objeto de estudio y se le aporta un marcado enfoque estratégico para ajustarlo a las tendencias actuales de la planeación de los recursos humanos. Con la aplicación del procedimiento se logra determinar las insuficiencias que en materia de PRH presenta la organización, fijar objetivos estratégicos, diseñar las políticas, modificar la estructura organizativa y realizar la planeación de estos recursos que permitan al establecimiento contar con el personal idóneo para enfrentar los retos actuales de dicha organización.

This research was carried out in the Textile Establishment Darío Calzadilla Angulo in the city of Banes with the objective of elaborating and applying a procedure for the planning of human resources with strategic approach, that allow to the organization to count with the necessary staff as much in quantity and quality and thus, to better the economic outcomes and the performance of all its members. The procedure that is proposed was elaborated starting from the study of various procedures proposed by authors such as: De Miguel Guzmán (2006), Machado Labrada (201 0), and Hernández Domínguez (2009), from which the aspects that are adjusted to the entity in question were taken and a marked strategic approach is made in order to adjust it to the current tendencies of the planning of human resources. With the application of this procedure it is achieved to determine the influences that the organization presents in matter of planning of human resources, to set strategic objectives, to design the policies, to modify the organizing structure, and to fulfil the planning of human resources that allow the establishment to count with the competent staff to confront the current challenges of the organization.
