Sistema para la gestión de la Información de los contratos económicos en la UEB SOMEC, Holguín

Abstract

Las empresas estatales socialistas están obligadas a materializar sus relaciones económicas a través de contratos económicos de diferentes tipos; en este proceso se integran los diferentes sujetos que actúan legalmente en la economía nacional para, mediante la concertación de contratos, garantizar sus respectivos planes económicos y satisfacer sus necesidades, y con ello, los objetivos y prioridades de nuestra sociedad. La presente investigación se realiza en la UEB Planta de Soluciones Mecánicas de Holguín, ubicada en la Carretera Central Vía a la Habana Km. 769, esta organización tiene como objeto social brindar servicios de reparación y mantenimiento principalmente a equipos de construcción, transporte y agrícola. Por tal motivo los contratos económicos constituyen una herramienta de trabajo necesaria en la entidad para comerciar con otras instituciones y un eslabón imprescindible en el cumplimiento del objeto social. Considerando el elevado número de clientes y proveedores que posee la empresa, los cuales deben estar amparados a través de vínculos contractuales, es necesario aumentar el nivel de información concerniente a los contratos económicos. Por tanto, el presente trabajo tiene como objetivo general desarrollar un sistema informático que favorezca la gestión de la información de los contratos económicos y que contribuya al control de los mismos a través de una aplicación Web. Para el desarrollo del sistema se utilizaron: como metodología de investigación ICONIX, como lenguaje de programación Python usando el framework Django. Para almacenar información se utiliza el gestor de bases de datos PostgreSQL y como servidor Web Apache.

Socialist state enterprises are obliged to materialize their economic relations through economic contracts of different types; in this process the different subjects that act legally in the national economy are integrated, through the conclusion of contracts, guaranteeing their respective economic plans and satisfying their needs, and with that, the objectives and priorities of our society. The present investigation is carried out in the UEB Mechanical Solutions Plant of Holguín, located in the Central Highway via Havana Km. 769, this organization has as a social object to provide repair and maintenance services mainly to construction, transport and agricultural equipment. For this reason, the economic contracts are a necessary work tool in the entity to trade with other institutions and an essential link in the fulfillment of the corporate purpose. Considering the high number of clients and suppliers that the company owns, which should be covered through contractual links, it is necessary to increase the level of information regarding economic contracts. Therefore, the present work has as general objective to develop a computer system that favors the management of the information of the economic contracts and that contributes to the control of the same ones through a Web application. For the development of the system were used: as an investigation methodology ICONIX, as a Python programming language using the Django framework. To store information, the PostgreSQL database manager is used and the Apache Web server.
