Procedimiento para la evaluación de la gestión logística en instalaciones frigoríficas

Abstract

En el contexto económico cubano, el aseguramiento de la gestión logística en los frigoríficos, forma parte de las prioridades de la máxima dirección del país. Para lograr esto, se reconoce la necesidad de desarrollar niveles de actuación en las entidades que conforman las cadenas de frío del país, mediante un proceder constante que conlleve a un desempeño consecuente con las demandas del entorno. Sin embargo, en la ejecución del Programa de Rehabilitación de los Frigoríficos desarrollado por el Ministerio del Comercio Interior, se identificó que persisten deficiencias relacionadas en su mayoría, con su gestión logística. Estas deficiencias en las instalaciones frigoríficas de la Empresa Nacional de Frigoríficos, entorpecen su respuesta competitiva a las demandas de la economía nacional, constituyendo este el problema de investigación a resolver. El objetivo de la investigación se concentra en: diseñar un procedimiento para la evaluación de la gestión logística en las instalaciones frigoríficas de la Empresa Nacional de Frigoríficos, a partir de múltiples indicadores, para garantizar una respuesta eficaz, eficiente y competitiva a las demandas de la economía nacional. En el desarrollo de este se utilizaron diversos métodos y técnicas como: el histórico-lógico, análisis de redes sociales, diseño de indicadores, sistémico-estructural, entre otros.

However, in the execution of the Rehabilitation Program of the Refrigeration Chambers developed by the Ministry of Internal Commerce, provides evidence of identity that deficiencies related in the main, with their logistic management persist. These deficiencies in the refrigerating installations of the National Enterprise of Refrigeration Chambers make it difficult to its competitive answer to the requests of national economy, constituting this the research problem to resolve. The objective of investigation concentrates in: developing a procedure for the evaluation of the logistic management in the refrigerating installations of the National Enterprise of Refrigeration Chambers, from multiple indicators, to guarantee an efficacious, efficient and competitive answer to the requests of national economy. In the development of this, various methods and techniques were used like: The historic logician, social network analysis, design of indicators, systemic structural, among others.
