Selección del sistema de mantenimiento para la máquina de impresión offset Heidelberg en la UEB Gráfica de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo está orientado a actualizar el Sistema de Mantenimiento en la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Gráfica de Holguín, el cual data con más de 30 años de implantación. Para alcanzar este objetivo se efectuarán análisis y se aplicarán varios métodos con el fin de obtener la información necesaria que permita poder tomar decisiones estratégicas. Estos métodos serán aplicados inicialmente en las máquinas de impresión offset Heidelberg, Alemania 1987, por ser una de las máquinas de mayor importancia de la organización. Los métodos empleados son el Diagrama de Pareto, a la par del Análisis de Modo y Efecto de Fallas, herramientas aplicadas por expertos con el fin de mejorar los tiempos medios entre fallos de máquinas. Otras técnicas también recurridas en el presente trabajo son el Análisis Causa Raíz. Con todas estas técnicas se pretende obtener información suficiente para hacer una propuesta de mejoras en la aplicación del Sistema de gestión del mantenimiento, basada en datos estadísticos y análisis de factibilidad de las mismas. Pretendiendo a partir de los análisis de resultados implementar un Sistema Alternativo de Mantenimiento a las máquinas Heidelberg, y luego a todo el equipamiento de la Empresa de periódicos y posteriormente al sector de la poligrafía en nuestro país.

The present work is oriented to update the System of Maintenance in the Enterprise Unit of Base (UEB) Graphical of Holguín, which dates with more than 30 years of implantation. In order to reach this objective analyses will take place and several methods with the purpose of obtaining the necessary data that will be applied it allows to be able to make strategic decisions. These methods will initially be applied in the impression machines offset Heidelberg, Germany 1987, being one of the machines of greater importance of the organization. The used methods are the Diagram of Pareto, on a par of the Analysis of Way and Effect of Faults, tools applied by experts with the purpose of improving the mean times between failures of machines. Other techniques also resorted in the present work are the Analysis Root cause. With all these techniques it is tried to obtain data sufficient to make a proposal of improvements in the application of the System of management of the maintenance, cradle in statistical data and analysis of feasibility of the same ones. Trying from the analyses of results of implementing an Alternative System of Maintenance to the Heidelberg machines, and soon to all the equipment of the Company of newspapers and later to the sector of the poligrafía in our country.
