Determinación del comportamiento de los índices tecnológicos - explotativos de la cosechadora de caña CCA 5000 en el período 2014 - 2017

Abstract

La sustitución de importaciones es una tarea de alta prioridad para nuestro país, en tal sentido las empresas del GESIME en el territorio trabajan en el desarrollo de un nuevo modelo de cosechadora de caña, la CCA-5000. En la zafra 2013/2014 se iniciaron las pruebas en condiciones de explotación a dicha cosechadora de caña en la Unidad Empresarial de Base Atención a Productores Agropecuarios (UEBAPA) “Antonio Guiteras Holmes” de la provincia de Las Tunas, a las cuales se les dio continuidad en la “Jesús Rabí” de Matanzas en las contiendas 2014/2015 y 2015/2016 y durante el período de cosecha 2016/2017 se realizaron en la “Majibacoa” de Las Tunas. Estas pruebas tuvieron como objetivo determinar de forma experimental los indicadores tecnológicos-explotativos de la cosechadora de caña para el análisis y procesamiento de los datos en condiciones de explotación que permitieran determinar estos indicadores. La observación controlada abarcó varios meses en cada una de las zafras referidas durante las jornadas diurnas; las mismas se realizaron según la metodología para la evaluación tecnológica explotativa mediante el método del cronometraje. Se recopilaron datos, se realizaron los cálculos necesarios y procesaron las ecuaciones con el objetivo de determinar los indicadores explotativos de la máquina. La captura de datos experimentales, su inmediato procesamiento y la observación diaria, permitieron modificar y perfeccionar rápidamente fallos técnicos y tecnológicos, inherentes a este objeto de investigación. El presente trabajo refleja los resultados obtenidos en el período de tiempo que abarcó la investigación, comprobando parámetros constructivos y funcionales, dados en la tarea técnica.

The substitution of imports is a task of high priority for our country, in this sense the companies of the GESIME in the territory work in the development of a new model of cane harvester, the CCA-5000. In the 2013/2014 harvest, tests were started under conditions of exploitation of the sugarcane harvester in the Business Unit of the Base Attention to Agricultural Producers (UEBAPA) "Antonio Guiteras Holmes" of the province of Las Tunas, which were given continuity in the "Jesús Rabí" of Matanzas in the races 2014/2015 and 2015/2016 and during the harvest period 2016/2017 were held in the "Majibacoa" of Las Tunas. The purpose of these tests was to experimentally determine the technological-exploitative indicators of the cane harvester for the analysis and processing of the data under exploitation conditions that would allow these indicators to be determined. The controlled observation covered several months in each of the harvests referred during the daytime; they were carried out according to the methodology for exploitative technological evaluation by means of the timing method. Data was collected, the necessary calculations were made and the equations were processed in order to determine the exploitative indicators of the machine. The capture of experimental data, its immediate processing and daily observation, allowed to quickly modify and perfect technical and technological failures, inherent to this research object. The present work reflects the results obtained in the period of time covered by the investigation, checking constructive and functional parameters, given in the technical task.
