Evaluación a la calidad del sistema de gestión de mantenimiento del CAI López Peña

Abstract

El CAI López-Peña que pertenece al grupo empresarial AZCUBA y se encuentra destinada para la producción de azúcar. Debido a la importancia económica que posee dicha industria es necesario tener implementado un sistema de mantenimiento con la calidad necesaria para mantener en funcionamiento y evitar las paradas innecesarias en el periodo de zafra por lo cual se decidió realizar una auditoría a la calidad del sistema de mantenimiento que emplea la industria, con el objetivo de detectar los puntos susceptibles y determinar las medidas para mejorar este sistema de mantenimiento.

The CAI López-Peña that belongs to the managerial group AZCUBA and it is dedicated for the production of sugar. Due to the economic importance that possesses this industry it is necessary to have implemented a maintenance system with the necessary quality to maintain in operation and to avoid the unnecessary stops reason why in the period of harvest decided to carry out an audit to the quality of the maintenance system that uses the industry, with the objective of to detect the sensitive points and to determine the measures to improve this maintenance system.
