Diseño de una máquina torsional de ensayos a fatiga

Abstract

La fatiga de los materiales ingenieriles es uno de los fenómenos que más ocupa a los ingenieros y técnicos. En este trabajo se realiza el diseño de una máquina torsional de ensayos a fatiga. Se exponen algunos conceptos básicos sobre el tema de la fatiga y se describen los grupos de máquinas torsionales que existen. Se realiza el cálculo de las transmisiones, los mecanismos y la estructura portante de la máquina. Se propone un prototipo para la máquina diseñada. Este trabajo, da pie a la construcción de la máquina en próximas investigaciones con lo que será posible aumentar los ensayos mecánicos que se realizan en el laboratorio de Resistencia de Materiales de la Universidad de Holguín.

The fatigue of the materials is one of the most important phenomena to the engineers and technicians. In this paper it is carried out the design of the from a torsion fatigue testing machine. Some basic concepts about the fatigue are exposed. Also the groups of torsion fatigue testing machines are described. It is carried out the calculation of the transmission by means of belt and of the lever mechanism and structure. A prototype for the designed machine is exposed. With this work it will be possible to increase the mechanical tests that are carried out in the laboratory of Strength of Materials of the University of Holguín.
