Diagnóstico de los organismos rectores de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para el sector no estatal

Abstract

La seguridad y salud en el trabajo juega un papel fundamental en el desarrollo de cualquier actividad en que se desempeñe el hombre. Esto hace necesario que las condiciones de trabajo sean las más adecuadas, en un ambiente seguro y con una metodología que permita la mejora continua de las condiciones de seguridad y salud, tanto individual como colectiva. En Cuba, el sector no estatal ha crecido y no puede estar ajeno a las acciones que se llevan a cabo para gestionar la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo general diagnosticar capacidades y limitaciones de los organismos rectores de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo para atender el sector no estatal de la provincia Holguín. Para dar cumplimiento a los objetivos se sentaron las bases teórico-prácticas del objeto de estudio, y se evaluaron las organizaciones rectoras de la política del trabajo por cuenta propia. Del estudio realizado se concluyó que en las funciones de los especialistas de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo no tienen tareas específicas para el sector no estatal, no tienen concebido un plan de capacitación en esta materia para los trabajadores por cuenta propia, y son escasas las acciones que realizan los organismos rectores en materia de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo hacia este sector. La encuesta, el cuestionario y la observación como métodos y técnicas empleadas facilitaron el desarrollo de la investigación y la obtención de los resultados.

The security and health in the work play a fundamental paper in the development of any activity in that the man acts. This makes necessary that the working conditions are the most appropriate, in a sure atmosphere and with a methodology that allows the continuous improvement of the safe-deposit conditions and health, so much individual as collective. In Cuba, the sector non state has grown and it cannot be unaware to the stocks that you/they are carried out to negotiate the security and health in the work. The present investigation has as general objective to diagnose capacities and limitations of the organisms’ rectors of the Security and Health in the Work to assist the non-state sector of the county Holguín. To give execution to the objectives they sat down the theoretical-practical bases of the study object, and the organizations rectors of the politics of the work were evaluated for one’s own account. Of the realized study you concluded that in the functions of the specialists of the security and health in the work don't have specific tasks for the non-state sector, they don't have conceived a training plan in this matter for the self-employed workers, and they are scarce the stocks that you/they carry out the organisms rectors as regards Security and Health in the Work toward this sector. The survey, the questionnaire and the observation like methods and techniques employees facilitated the development of the investigation and the obtaining of the results.
