La Gestión de riesgos en la sala de investigación del Archivo Histórico Provincial de Holguín

Abstract

La correcta gestión de riesgos parte de la identificación, clasificación y jerarquización de aquellos eventos que pueden afectar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de trabajo. Su importancia está en la posibilidad de eliminar o mitigar los impactos negativos a consecuencia de la ocurrencia de estos hechos. En esta temática se inserta la presente tesis, realizada en el Archivo Histórico Provincial de Holguín, institución que se encarga de preservar los documentos de valor patrimonial del territorio y prestar servicios informativos a la sociedad holguinera. El objetivo del proceso investigativo apuntó a la aplicación de un procedimiento para perfeccionar el componente gestión y prevención de riesgos en la sala de investigación de la mencionada entidad. El resultado principal obtenido estuvo en el plan de prevención, según lo dispuesto por la Resolución 60 de la Contraloría General de la República de Cuba, además de ofrecer orientaciones metodológicas útiles para que el procedimiento aplicado se extienda al resto de las áreas claves de la organización. La investigación responde al proyecto institucional “Enfoque sistémico para el estímulo a la innovación de estudiantes y docentes de Contabilidad de la Universidad de Holguín”.

The correct risk management departs from the identification, classification and hierarchization of those events that can affect the fulfillment of the objectives of work. His importance is in the possibility to eliminate or mitigating the negative impacts in consequence of the funny remark of these facts. It is inserted in this subject matter present it thesis, accomplished in the Historic Provincial File of Holguín, institution that entrusts of preserving the territory's documents of patrimonial value itself and to render informative services to the society. You aimed the objective of the investigating process at the perfecting of the component step and prevention of risks at the living room of investigation of the mentioned entity. The principal obtained result was in the obtaining of the plan of prevention, according to what's disposed for the Resolution 60 of the Comptrollership of the Republic of Cuba, in addition to offer orientations useful methodological in order that the applied procedure stretch out to the rest of the areas keys of the organization. The result, pay tribute to the institutional project “Systemic focus for the encouragement to the invention of students and teachers of accounting of Holguín's University”.
