Diseño del perfil de competencias de un investigador

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene el propósito de construir el perfil de competencias de un investigador universitario. En el capítulo uno se analizó de forma general los aspectos teóricos acerca del surgimiento, evolución de la ciencia en Cuba y el mundo, además se hace referencia a la Gestión de competencia en la Gestión de los recursos humanos. En el capítulo dos específicamente en el epígrafe 2.1 se realiza un análisis de la gestión de la ciencia en la Universidad de Holguín, en el epígrafe 2.2 se explica el procedimiento utilizado para el diseño de las competencias de un investigador y en el epígrafe 2.3 se aplica dicho procedimiento. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron métodos y técnicas cómo: Histórico – Lógico, Análisis – Síntesis, Inducción- Deducción además de entrevistas, encuestas y análisis univariado y bivariado. Como resultado del trabajo se realiza la propuesta de un perfil de competencias para un investigador universitario el cual esta compuesto por las siguientes competencias: pensamiento abstracto, lógico y creativo, conocimiento específico sobre la temática que investiga, sobre métodos estadísticos , sobre idiomas diferentes al materno y sobre metodología de la investigación, habilidades para recopilar y procesar información, habilidades organizativas , de comunicación oral y escrita además de cultura general ,sistematicidad y perseverancia.

Abstract The present work has the purpose to construct an investigating university student's profile of competitions. In the chapter one examined of general form the theoretic aspects about the surging, scientific evolution in Cuba and the world itself, besides the person giving a reference moves to the competitive Steps in the Steps of human resources. In the chapter two specifically in the epigraph 2, 1 the procedure utilized for the design of the competitions of an investigator in the epigraph, understands 2, 2 right now it is applicable. Many methods and techniques were used to carry out this research, some of them were: historical-logical, summary-analytical among others; there were also interviews, questionnaires and variable analysis As a result of work which accomplishes the proposal of a profile of competitions itself for an investigating university student this fixed by following competitions: Abstract thought, logician and designer, specific knowledge on the subject matter that investigates, on statistical methods, on different idioms the maternal and on methodology of investigation, abilities to compile and to process information, organizational, oralcommunication abilities and written in addition to general culture, sistematicidad and perseverance.
