Aplicación de un procedimiento para gestionar los riesgos laborales en el área de mantenimiento especializado en la UHO “Oscar Lucero Moya”

Abstract

El actual trabajo es realizado en la Universidad de Holguín “Oscar Lucero Moya” en el que se aplica un procedimiento para gestionar los riesgos laborales basados en los procesos, en el área de mantenimiento especializado. El mismo fue diseñado para gestionar los Riesgos Laborales, este se concibe debido a que en diagnósticos realizados anteriormente una de las cuestiones que más limita el desempeño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo es precisamente la Gestión de Riesgos Laborales. Esta metodología está conformada en cuatro etapas, las cuales están en total correspondencia con lo especificado en las norma cubana 18001:2007 del Sistema de Gestión de la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, con la ISO 9001:2001 del Sistema de Gestión de la Calidad. La siguiente investigación se presenta en tres capítulos donde primeramente se muestran los fundamentos teóricos y principales conceptos acerca del tema desarrollado, en el segundo capítulo se especifican los fundamentos metodológicos o pasos lógicos del procedimiento, y en el tercer capítulo se realiza la aplicación del estudio, revelando así los riesgos existentes en las entradas, transformaciones y salidas de cada uno de los procesos existentes así como las actividades que lo componen.

Summary The current work is carried out in the University of Holguín "Oscar Lucero Moya" in the one that a procedure is applied to negotiate the labor risks based on the processes, in the area of specialized maintenance. The same one was designed to negotiate the Labor Risks, this it is conceived because in diagnoses carried out one of the questions previously that more file the acting of the System of Administration of Security and Health in the Work are in fact the Administration of Labor Risks. This methodology is conformed in four stages, which are in total correspondence with that specified in the cuban norm 18001:2007 of the System of Administration of the Security and Health in the Work, with the ISO 9001:2001 of the System of Administration of the Quality. The following investigation is presented in three chapters where firstly the foundations theoretical and main concepts are shown about the developed topic, in the second chapter the methodological foundations or logical steps of the procedure are specified, and in the third chapter he/she is carried out the application of the study, revealing this way the existent risks in the entrances, transformations and exits of each one of the existent processes as well as the activities that compose it.
