Análisis del proceso de comunicación en materia de SST en la Empresa de Aprovechamiento Hidráulico de Holguín

Abstract

Ante los turbulentos cambios del entorno se requiere formar un medio favorable y seguro en las organizaciones que protejan a sus trabajadores ante las amenazas que se encuentran expuestos en sus puestos de trabajos y que sea capaz de dar respuesta a las exigencias cada vez más elevadas de la sociedad, atendiendo a estas características del mundo contemporáneo las organizaciones se han visto envueltas en un proceso de constante perfeccionamiento en aras de alcanzar resultados óptimos en el proceso de comunicación en materia de la seguridad y salud en el trabajo. En este trabajo se muestra un procedimiento que a través del análisis del proceso de comunicación en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, aplicado parcialmente en la Empresa de Aprovechamiento Hidráulico de Holguín (EAHH), con el objetivo de identificar y controlar las barreras que se encuentran afectando este proceso en la organización. Para el desarrollo de la investigación se utilizaron como métodos científicos de investigación: el hipotético-deductivo, inductivo-deductivo, histórico-lógico, observación directa, revisión documental, encuestas. En la aplicación se obtuvo como principal resultado que el proceso de comunicación en materia de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, se encuentra afectado por las barreras comunicativas siguientes: las relacionadas con el sujeto de la comunicación, el mensaje, los canales de comunicación empleados, el proceso de retroalimentación, las barreras físicas, barreras culturales y las psicológicas.

Before the turbulent changes of the surroundings it is required to form favorable means and safe in the organizations whom they protect to its workers before the threats that are exposed in their jobs and that are able to give answer to the exigencies more and more elevated of the society, taking care of these characteristics of the contemporary world the organizations have been surrounded in a process of constant improvement for the sake of reaching optimal results in the process of communication in the matter of the security and health in the work. In this work is a procedure that through the analysis of the process of communication in the matter of security and health in the work, applied partially in the Company of Hydraulic Advantage of Holguín (EAHH), with the objective to identify and to control the barriers that are affecting this process in the organization. For the development of the investigation they were used like scientific methods of investigation: hypothetical-deductive, inductive-deductive, the historical-logical one, direct observation, documentary revision, surveys. In the application it was obtained like main result that the process of communication in the matter of security and health in the work, is affected by the following comunicativas barriers: the related ones to the subject of the communication, the message, the used communication channels, the process of feedback, the physical barriers, cultural barriers and the psychological ones.
