Aplicación de un procedimiento para evaluar los riesgos laborales en la Unidad Empresarial de Base de Servicios Técnicos de Holguín en el proceso de fabricación de mallas.

Abstract

El trabajo tiene como objetivo la aplicación de un procedimiento para Gestionar los Riesgos Laborales de forma integrada y con un enfoque de proceso, que favorezca a un mejor funcionamiento del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo en la UEB de servicios técnicos de Holguín. La aplicación se realizó de forma parcial hasta la tercera etapa del procedimiento, específicamente se analizaron los elementos de entradas y transformaciones donde se aplicaron métodos como el RULA y el NIOSH lo que demuestra el deficiente desempeño del Sistema de Gestión de Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo. El trabajo se divide en tres capítulos organizados de la forma siguiente: el primer capítulo aborda temas como la Seguridad y Salud en el Trabajo, la Gestión de Riesgos Laborales y los accidentes, el segundo capítulo hace referencia al procedimiento que se aplicó y el tercero muestra la aplicación y los resultados.

The work has as objective the application of a procedure to administrate the Labour Risks in an integrated way, and with a process focus that favours the correct operation of the System of Administration of Safety and Health in the Work in the UEB of Technics Services of Holguin. The application was carried out in a partial way until the third stage of the procedure; specifically the elements of entering and transformations were analysed, using RULA and NIOSH methods, where it was obtain results that demonstrate the faulty acting of the System of Administration of Safety and Health in the Work. The work is divided in three organized chapters in the following way: the first chapter approaches topics like the Safety and Health in the Work position, the Administration of Labour Risks and the accidents; the second chapter makes reference to the procedure that was applied and the third chapter shows the application of the procedure and the reached results
