Mantenimiento al Sistema de gestión de información en la UEB Ómnibus de la Empresa Provincial Transporte Holguín.

Abstract

La UEB Ómnibus de la Empresa Provincial de Transporte Holguín posee un sistema para la gestión de información en la cual se recopila, planifica, actualiza, entrega y se controla de la información referente a las hojas de rutas en esta área de la empresa a través de una aplicación web desarrollada como resultado de un trabajo de diploma en el curso 2016-2017. El sistema actualmente responde a las necesidades por las que fue creado, pero con el uso de la aplicación y el paso del tiempo surgen nuevas necesidades e inconformidades por parte del cliente, es necesario realizarle un mantenimiento correctivo, preventivo y perfectivo con el objetivo de solucionar estas nuevas necesidades y proveer un producto con mayor calidad y más acorde al resultado esperado por el cliente. Este trabajo está concebido con el estudio bibliográfico realizado y con el empleo de la metodología de desarrollo de software Iconix, para el diseño y construcción de esta; utilizando las herramientas PHP como lenguaje de programación, apoyados en el framework de desarrollo Symfony y PostgreSQL como sistema gestor de bases de datos.

The system at present responds to the needs it was for made, but new needs and nonconformities for part of the customer happen, a corrective maintenance is necessary to accomplish it, perfective with the use of application and the passing of time and adapting for the sake of solving these new needs and supplying a product with more chord to the result once the customer was waited for. This work is conceived with the bibliographic realized study and with the job of the methodology of development of software Iconix, for the design and construction of this; Utilizing tools PHP like programming language, backed up in the framework of development Symfony and PostgreSQL like negotiating system of bases of data.
