Procedimiento para determinar el costo en el servicio Medicina Física y Rehabilitación mediante el método (ABC) en el Hospital General Universitario “Vladimir I. Lenin” de Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en el Hospital Vladimir IIich Lenin de la Provincia Holguín, con el objetivo de determinar el costo en el servicio de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación, a través de la aplicación del método de costeo basado en las actividades que tiene como características principales la entrega de datos, que son utilizados en forma efectiva y creativa, siendo de gran utilidad para la gestión y toma de decisiones, aumentando el conocimiento por parte de los directivos, encaminados a un mejor aprovechamiento del presupuesto asignado y una mejor toma de decisiones. Consta de dos capítulos: en el primero se aborda los elementos teóricos de los objetivos de estudios de la investigación, resultado de la búsqueda bibliográfica y un segundo capítulo donde se aplica el método de costeo basado en las actividades al servicio de Medicina Física y Rehabilitación en el áreas de fisioterapia llegando a determinar el costo de las actividades asociadas al servicio prestado.

The present investigation was carried out at Vladimir IIich Lenin Hospital in Holguín, and the goal was to determine the economic cost in the service of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, through the application of the cost method based on the activities with main characteristics, the delivery of data that are used in effective and creative form, being of great utility for the budget management and the taking of decisions, increasing the knowledge of managers, guided to a better use of thebudget assigned and a better taking of decisions. It consists of two chapters: in the first one it is approached the theoretical elements of the objectives of studies of the investigation, result of the bibliographical search and a second chapter where the cost method is applied based on the activities to the service of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation in the physiotherapy areas determining the cost of the associated activities to the borrowed service.
