Indicadores para la Evaluación de la Gestión de la Investigación en la Facultad de CIENCIAS Empresariales y Administración de la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

La gestión ha ido evolucionando en la misma medida en la que se ha desarrollado la Ciencia de la Administración, cuyo progreso, a su vez, ha respondido al desarrollo tecnológico y organizacional en contextos sociales cada vez más diversos y complejos. Particularmente es la gestión de la investigación en las universidades el objeto de estudio de esta tesis, cuyo objetivo fue: diseñar un sistema de indicadores para la evaluación de la gestión de la investigación en la Facultad de Ciencias Empresariales y y Administración de la Universidad de Holguín. El producto final obtenido se concreta en quince indicadores cualitativos que se complementan con otros ya establecidos en la organización, de carácter cuantitativo y encaminados a medir los resultados. La utilidad que brinda es práctica, y debe favorecer la homogenización de las planificación, la organización y el control en la unidad organizativa, sus áreas, carreras, docentes y estudiantes que se impliquen en este proceso sustantivo. El Trabajo de Diploma se inscribe en el proyecto institucional de la carrera Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Universidad de Holguín, relacionado con el enfoque sistémico para el estímulo a la innovación de estudiantes y docentes.

For the evaluation of the step, you call for a system of indicators properly conformed, that they allow evaluating how you develop the process in the faculty at his apartments, and areas, taking corrective actions in case of need and possessing information, necessary and enough to the hour to take decisions. This issue would favor the homogenization of the roads that they apply over themselves for the phases of the step at each apartment, race, project, teacher and student that be implicated. You got a system from qualitative indicators that must enable the evaluation of the step of the process of investigation in a teaching university faculty with this investigation.
