Estudio del impacto medioambiental y el control de la calidad en la Empresa de Fundición de Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación fue desarrollada en la Empresa de Fundición de Holguín y tiene como título:” Estudio del impacto medioambiental y el control de la calidad en la Fundición de Holguín”. Luego de haber realizado una amplia revisión bibliográfica del tema y cumplido el objetivo: confeccionar un procedimiento que identifique e incluya el empleo de técnicas para determinar la calidad del fundido y la contaminación ambiental en la UEB Fundiciones Acero-Hierro Holguín, y una vez presentado y desarrollado el procedimiento por etapas, donde fueron identificadas las áreas con mayor incidencia en la contaminación del medioambiente, tales como: el área del horno de cubilote, el área de mezcla y la de limpieza y acabado, así como los defectos más acentuados en las piezas fundidas, como son: desprendimiento, las sopladuras, daño metálico y metal frío, los cuales elevan el índice de rechazo, mostrando un mal trabajo del control de la calidad, se arriban a conclusiones significativas.

The present investigation was developed in the Company of Foundry of Holguin and has as title": I study of the environmental impact and the control of the quality in the Foundry of Holguin." After having carried out a bibliographical wide revision of the topic and compliment the objective: to make a procedure that identifies and include the employment of techniques to determine the quality of the one fused and the environmental contamination in UEB Foundries Steel-Iron Holguin, and once presented and developed the procedure for stages, where the areas were identified with more incidence in the contamination of the environment, such as: the area of the cubilote oven, the mixture area and that of cleaning and finish, as well as the accented defects in the fused pieces, like they are: detachment, the blowholes, metallic damage and cold metal, which elevate the index of rejection, showing a wrong work of the control of the quality, they are arrived to significant conclusions.
