Perfil del emprendedor holguinero

Abstract

El emprendedurismo es un fenómeno asociado a la creación de empresas, por ende un generador de empleos. La mayoría de los autores coinciden en que este debe verse y medirse desde un enfoque integral y se logra a través de la combinación de oportunidades, destrezas y motivación; determinantes básicos del espíritu emprendedor de un individuo. En Cuba este fenómeno está asociado al desarrollo de las nuevas formas de gestión no estatal; las cooperativas no agropecuarias, los TCP (Trabajadores por cuenta propia), arrendatarios y agricultores, todas las que, en conjunto, deben contribuir a elevar la eficiencia del país. Por la importancia que se le concede a nivel mundial y en nuestro caso por los lineamientos de la política económica y social del partido y la revolución, puestos en marcha desde octubre del 2010 que impulsan el desarrollo de este nuevo sector, se decidió realizar un estudio para conocer el perfil del emprendedor holguinero. El cumplimiento de este objetivo se garantizó a través de la utilización de métodos teóricos y empíricos (histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético, inductivo-lógico, revisión documental, entrevista, encuesta y observación directa), así como herramientas estadísticas y matemáticos como EXCEL Y SPSS 20.0.

The entrepreneurship is a phenomenon associated to the creation of companies, then, is a generator of employments. Most of the authors coincide in that this it should it turns and to be measured from an integral focus and it is achieved through the combination of opportunities, dexterities and motivation; decisive basic of the venturesome spirit of an individual. In Cuba this phenomenon is associated to the development in the new ways of non state administration; the non agricultural cooperatives, the WSE (Workers selfemployed), lessees and farming, all those that, on the whole, they should contribute to elevate the efficiency of the country. For the importance that is granted at world level and in our case for the limits of the economic and social politics of the party and the revolution, positions in march from October of the 2010 that you/they impel the development of this new sector, decided to carry out a study to know the profile of the venturesome holguinero. The execution of this objective was guaranteed through the use of theoretical and empiric methods (historical-logical, analytic-synthetic, inductivelogical, documental revision, interviews, it interviews and direct observation), as well as statistical and mathematical tools as EXCEL and SPSS 20.0.
