Estructura organizativa y funciones para la gestión ambiental en la Universidad de Holguín

Abstract

Hoy en día la degradación del medio ambiente es una realidad, por esta razón desde hace varios años es una tendencia en el mundo prevenir, minimizar o revertir los daños causados al entorno. Las universidades constituyen un pilar inestimable para lograr este propósito, en tal sentido han trabajado y trabajan, no siempre con resultados satisfactorios. El presente trabajo de diploma posee como objetivo principal proponer una estructura organizativa y las funciones para la gestión ambiental en la Universidad de Holguín, con el fin de obtener una mejor organización. Se hace referencia a la gestión ambiental en Cuba y principalmente en las universidades cubanas. Se describen algunos aspectos claves a tener en cuenta en la realización de dicha estructura organizativa. La investigación se organizó en dos capítulos, donde se trata de recoger información que le permita a la Universidad de Holguín obtener un buen desempeño en la organización de la gestión ambiental.

Today in day the degradation of the environment is a reality, for this reason for several years is a tendency in the world to prevent, to minimize or to revert the damages caused to the environment. The universities constitute an invaluable pillar to achieve this purpose, in such a sense they have worked and they work, not always with satisfactory results. The present diploma work possesses as main objective to propose an organizational structure and the functions for the environmental administration in the University of Holguín, with the purpose of obtaining a better organization. Reference is made to the environmental administration in Cuba and mainly in the Cuban universities. Some key aspects are described to keep in mind in the realization of this organizational structure. The investigation was organized in two chapters, where it is to pick up information that allows to the University of Holguín to obtain a good acting in the organization of the environmental administration.
