Estudio y diagnóstico del proceso de auditoría al sistema estandarizado de gestión en las empresas pertenecientes al territorio de Holguín

Abstract

En un mundo donde la competencia en el mercado forma parte indispensable cada día de la subsistencia de las organizaciones, uno de los objetivos básicos de cualquier empresa es poseer una organización que les permita tomar decisiones en aras de mejorar la calidad de sus productos, sin que esto afecte al medioambiente y a la salud de los trabajadores. Para esto se ha hecho necesario integrar los subsistemas que conforman una organización, con el objetivo de crear una mayor sinergia entre estos. De esta forma se garantiza que los objetivos trazados a nivel estratégico en la organización, satisfagan los intereses individuales y colectivos de cada sistema. La gestión del proceso de auditoría juega un papel fundamental en el logro de esta meta, pues constituye una herramienta clave para perfeccionar constantemente la eficacia en el proceso de toma de decisiones dentro de la organización. El presente trabajo es el resultado de una investigación aplicada al proceso de auditoría con enfoque integrado, en el marco de los sistemas estandarizados de gestión, en empresas del territorio de Holguín, que tengan implantados estos sistemas de forma integrada. En esta se aplican un conjunto de instrumentos que permitan diagnosticar el funcionamiento de este proceso a partir de un conjunto de elementos abordado en la misma. Con la aplicación de este instrumento se arriba a conclusiones que determinan las deficiencias que presenta el proceso de auditoría y propone un plan de acción que colabore a atenuar su impacto.

In a world where the competition in the market is indispensable part every day of the subsistence of the organizations. One of the basic objectives of any company is to possess an organization that allows them to make decisions for the sake of improving the quality of their products without this affects to the environment and the health of the workers. For this it has become necessary to integrate the subsystems that conform an organization, with the objective of creating a bigger synergy among these. This way it is guaranteed that the objectives layouts at strategic level in the organization satisfy the individual and collective interests of each system. The administration of the audit process plays a fundamental paper in the achievement of this goal, because it constitutes a key tool to constantly perfect the effectiveness in the process of taking of decisions inside the organization. The present work is the result of an investigation applied to the audit process with focus integrated in the mark of the standardized systems of administration, in companies of the territory of Holguín that have implanted these integrated form system. In this they are applied a group of instruments that you/they allow to diagnose the operation of this process starting from a group of elements approached in the same one. With the application of this instrument you arrives to conclusions that determine the deficiencies that it presents the audit process and it proposes an action plan that collaborates to attenuate their impact.
