Diseño y aplicación de un procedimiento para el desarrollo del Sistema de información del Observatorio de Prácticas Administrativas

Abstract

El entorno turbulento en que se desarrolla el sistema empresarial cubano demanda un manejo adecuado de la información como recurso estratégico de la empresa, a través de los Sistemas de información, para apoyar la toma de decisiones y facilitar el logro de ventajas competitivas. El objetivo de la presente investigación es diseñar y aplicar un procedimiento que asegure el desarrollo efectivo del Sistema de información del Observatorio de Prácticas Administrativas. Como resultado fundamental se presenta un procedimiento general cuya aplicación posibilitará el monitoreo del desempeño de las empresas del territorio holguinero y brindará al empresario, información útil para tomar decisiones eficaces y oportunas.

The turbulent environment in that the cuban management system is developed, demand the appropiate use of the information like strategic resource of the company trough the Information System, to support the making decisions and to facilitate the achievement of competitive advantages. The goal of the present investigation is to design and to apply a procedure to assure the effective development to the Observatory of Administrative Practices Information System. As main result, a general procedure it is presented, whose application will facilitate the monitored of the acting of the companies of the territory and it will give to the manager, useful information to make effective and opportune decisions.
