Análisis del desempeño empresarial a partir de indicadores de eficacia y eficiencia en la Unidad Empresarial de Base (UEB) Torrefactora Holguín “Reynerio Almaguer Paz”

Abstract

Las condiciones cambiantes del entorno de las organizaciones, hacen que crezca cada vez más el interés de estas por mejorar sus resultados, en aras de alcanzar una buena posición en el mercado en el que se desenvuelven. Para entender estos cambios y mantener una economía estable en las empresas, es necesario realizar estudios de su desempeño, entre los que juega un papel importante el análisis de indicadores de eficiencia y eficacia. Esta investigación se desarrolló en la UEB Torrefactora Holguín “Reynerio Almaguer Paz”, donde se realizó un análisis de estos indicadores. Mediante el estudio se determinaron los principales factores que incidieron en el desempeño de lo organización objeto de estudio y se trazaron acciones para erradicar las deficiencias detectadas. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto se utilizaron varios métodos y herramientas, entre los que se encuentran: inductivo – deductivo, análisis – síntesis, sistémico – estructural, observaciones directas, encuestas, entrevistas, etc.

The changing conditions of the organizations´ setting make the interest of them increase for getting better their results, in favor of reaching a good position in the market where they develop. To understand these changes and keep a stable economy in enterprises, it is necessary to develop studies of its performance, among the ones that the analysis of efficacy and efficiency’s indicators play an important role. This investigation was developed in UEB Torrefactora Holguín “Reynerio Almaguer Paz”, where an analysis of these indicators was made. Through the study, the main factors were determined, which have an effect on the performance of the organization object of study, and actions were panned to eradicate the deficiencies detected. For the achievement of the objective proposed, several methods and techniques were used, among the ones that are included: inductive-deductive, analysissynthesis, systemic-structural, direct observations, surveys, interviews, etcetera.
