La Organización del trabajo en la Fábrica de Ron de la Unidad Básica Empresarial (UBE) derivados, perteneciente a la Empresa Azucarera Dos Ríos, del municipio Palma Soriano

Abstract

El presente trabajo se realizó en la Fábrica de Ron de la Unidad Básica Empresarial (UBE) Derivados, perteneciente a la Empresa Azucarera “Dos Ríos” con el objetivo de aplicar parcialmente un procedimiento para la Organización del Trabajo, que contribuya a mejorar las actividades que se realizan en la organización. Dicho procedimiento cuenta con tres fases y siete pasos, dentro de los cuales se realizó un diagnóstico de la organización del trabajo que abarcó el comportamiento de cada uno de sus elementos en la entidad, permitiendo detectar y analizar los problemas existentes así como la proposición de medidas que permitan erradicar los mismos. Las principales deficiencias detectadas fueron la no existencia de normas de tiempo que regularan la actividad en el área de llenado y etiquetado, lo que influye en la medición del trabajo, además de algunas pérdidas de tiempo que afectan el aprovechamiento de la jornada laboral. Para ello se han aplicado diversas técnicas tradicionales como son las entrevistas, tormenta de ideas, análisis de documentos para la obtención de información y otras técnicas de la Ingeniería Industrial (cronometraje y la fotografía individual). Como resultados se obtienen la confección de normas de tiempo calculadas con la ayuda del cronometraje y el software profesional MedTrab para procesar los datos; se proponen medidas orientadas a mejorar las condiciones de trabajo y para la eliminación de las pérdidas de tiempo.

This work was done in the Rum Factory Basic Business Unit (SDU) Derivatives, Sugar Company belonging to the "Dos Ríos" in order to partially implement a process for the International Labour Organization, that it contributes to improve the activities that are carried out in the organization. This procedure has three phases and seven steps, within which a diagnosis was made of the organization of work that spanned the behavior of each of its elements in the entity, allowing to detect and analyze the problems and the proposing measures to eradicate them. The main weaknesses identified were the absence of time standards that regulate the activity in the area of filling and labelling, which influences the measurement of work, plus some loss of time that affect the use of the workday. This has been applied several traditional techniques such as interviews, brainstorming, document analysis to obtain information and other industrial engineering techniques (timing and individual photo). The result is the making of rules of time calculated with the help of the timing and MedTrab software to process data, are proposed measures to improve working conditions and the elimination of wasted time.
