Evaluación del nivel freático ante patologías de humedad en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Holguín

Abstract

El centro histórico de la ciudad de Holguín en el cual se encuentra variedad de inmuebles con valor patrimonial, los cuales en su mayoría por las características de los materiales y las técnicas constructivas de la época en que fueron concebidos, presentan patologías por humedades de las cuales se desconoce concretamente las causas que las originan. No existen estudios concretos de esta zona sobre el nivel freático el cual mantiene saturado el suelo afectando a su vez los cimientos y muros de estos inmuebles. Por lo que la siguiente investigación tiene como objetivo efectuar la evaluación del nivel freático en el centro histórico de la ciudad de Holguín ante la ocurrencia de patologías por humedad. Mediante mediciones cíclicas en un período de cuatro meses, se pudo constatar la fluctuación del mismo y cómo en los inmuebles aledaños mantienen una altura de la humedad promedio de 0,80 m, lo cual es un valor representativo para correlacionarlo con la altura de las aguas subterráneas. Con el fin de dar solución al objetivo general de la investigación y para resolver el problema de esta, fue necesario implementar métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica y empírica.

Do not exist concrete studies of this zone on the underground water level which maintains the ground affecting in turn foundations and walls of these immovables saturatedly. What the following investigation aims at making the evaluation of the underground water level in the historic center of Holguín's city in front of the funny remark of pathologies for humidity for. By means of cyclic measurements in a four month period, the fluctuation could become verified of the same and how they maintain at the bordering immovables a height of the average humidity of 0.80 m, which is a representative value to correlate it with the height of groundwaters. With the aim of giving solution to the general objective of the investigation to solve the problem of this and, it was necessary to implement methods of the scientific investigation of theoretic nature and empiricist.
