Plan de acciones para mitigar el impacto de la agresividad ambiental en el Hotel Sol Club Río de Luna y Mares Resort

Abstract

El complejo turístico Hotel Sol Club Río de Luna y Mares Resort, símbolo de las playas holguineras a nivel internacional, ha presentado durante todo su tiempo de explotación continuos problemas de corrosión a causa de la agresividad ambiental que lo expone, sin la presencia de ningún tipo de apantallamiento, a la abrasión del aerosol marino, principal causante del fenómeno corrosivo tanto en el hormigón armado como en estructuras metálicas de la instalación. Por lo que es objetivo de este trabajo investigativo la realización de un plan de acciones con productos y procedimientos específicos para combatir estos efectos de una forma más duradera. Se realiza un estudio de dicho proceso degenerativo de sus causas y del ambiente propicio que existe en la zona de emplazamiento del Hotel, clasificado según la Norma Cubana 250:2005 como muy agresivo. Además se realizó un diagnóstico que permitió documentar el estado actual en que se encuentra el inmueble, detectándose disímiles afectaciones. Con el fin de dar solución al objetivo general de la investigación y para resolver el problema de esta, fue necesario implementar métodos de la investigación científica de naturaleza teórica y empírica.

The tourist complex Hotel Sol Club Río Luna's and Mares Resort's, symbol of Holguin´s beachs to an international level, it has shown throughout the time a continuos corrosión problems because of the environmental aggressiveness than exposes it, without the presence of no apantallamiento's type, to the abrasion of the marine aerosol, principal cause of the corrosive phenomenon so much in the reinforced concrete like in metallic structures of the installation. The main objective of this research work has been a plan of actions whit products and its specific ways to fight the effects to last longer. It´s made a study of a its degenerative process according to its causes and the invironmental área that exist in the zone where the Hotel is located, classified taking into consideration the Cuban Law 250.2005 as very agressive. It was made a diagnosis that allowed to document the present-day status you meet in the real estate property came true, finding dissimilar affectations. It was necessary to implement methods of the scientific investigation of theoretic nature with the aim of giving solution to the general objective of the investigation to solve the problem of this and and empiricist.
