Evaluación del desempeño empresarial a partir de un enfoque basado en proceso en la Torrefactora Holguín Reynerio Almager Paz

Abstract

Lograr un óptimo desempeño empresarial representa actualmente un importante reto para las empresas a nivel mundial. El sector empresarial cubano no está ajeno a estas tendencias mundiales, implicando esto que deba incrementar el desempeño de sus organizaciones; todo ello con el propósito de acrecentar al máximo la eficiencia y la eficacia que requiere el dinámico medio circundante con el propósito de alcanzar un adecuado desempeño empresarial. A partir de lo antes expuesto se desarrolló la presente investigación en la UEB Torrefactora Holguín “Reynerio Almaguer Paz”, la cual tuvo como finalidad: evaluar y mejorar el desempeño empresarial, a partir de indicadores de eficiencia y eficacia con un enfoque en procesos mediante la aplicación parcial de un procedimiento. Con el desarrollo del trabajo se identificaron las principales deficiencias existentes en el sistema objeto de análisis formulándose como consecuencia un conjunto de alternativas que tributan a eliminar y (o) atenuar las mismas. Para el logro del objetivo propuesto se utilizaron varios métodos y herramientas, entre los que se encuentran: Análisis-síntesis, histórico-lógico, inducción-deducción, observaciones directas, encuestas, entrevistas
