Aprovechamiento de los residuales de la producción de azúcar de la UEB Atención a Productores “Urbano Noris”

Abstract

El presente Trabajo fue realizado en la UEB Atención a Productores “Urbano Noris Cruz”, con el objetivo de elaborar un plan de acción que le permitirá a la organización el aprovechamiento de los residuales líquidos generados en la producción de azúcar crudo, para así evitar contaminaciones a las aguas subterráneas y terrestres del territorio. Además se aborda el diagnóstico que se le realizó a la misma a través de las observaciones, entrevistas a los directivos, revisiones bibliográficas, análisis documental y otros, al proceso productivo y a las instalaciones de la fábrica de azúcar, detectándose que existe un bajo aprovechamiento de los residuales y contaminaciones a las aguas del territorio por estos, por lo que se propone un plan de acción para disminuir los residuales líquidos o darle un aprovechamiento en el fertirriego de las plantaciones cañeras de esta entidad. Todas estas herramientas y técnicas constituyen un conjunto coherente de elementos que permitirá la mejora continua del medio ambiente en la organización y en las zonas aledañas a esta, y con ello el nivel de desempeño de la misma.

The present Work was carried out in the Sugar Company "Urbano Noris Cruz", with the objective of elaborating an action plan that will allow to the organization the use of the residual liquids generated in the production of raw sugar, stops this way to avoid contaminations to the underground and terrestrial waters of the territory. In the second chapter the diagnosis is approached that was carried out to the same one through the observations, interviews to the directives, bibliographical revisions, documental and other analysis, to the productive process and the facilities of the factory of sugar, being detected that it exists a low use of the residual ones and contaminations to the waters of the territory for these, for what intends an action plan to diminish the residual liquids or to give him an use in the watering of the plantations of cane of this company. All these tools and techniques constitute a coherent group of elements that will allow the continuous improvement of the environment in the organization and in the near areas to this, and with it the level of acting of the same one.
