Diagnóstico al sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el Villa Don Lino

Abstract

El presente trabajo titulado Diagnóstico al sistema de gestión de seguridad y salud en el Villa Don Lino se realizó con el objetivo de determinar las diferencias entre el sistema de gestión de SST actual con el recomendado por la NC 18001/07 y como resultado más relevante se obtuvo que existen diferencias entre ambos sistemas y que las principales no conformidades se encuentran relacionadas con la redacción de la política y los objetivos de la entidad, así como, con el sistema de gestión de riesgos laborales, que en su etapa de identificación está elaborado por áreas y no por procesos como establece la norma y es la práctica actual en el mundo empresarial, en anexos se comentan las ventajas de gestionar los riesgos de esta manera, al obtener una identificación de riesgos con mayor precisión. Partiendo de estas diferencias y otras detectadas en el diagnóstico se elaboró un plan de acción con un alto nivel de objetividad en el cual se contemplan las fortalezas y debilidades de la organización para enfrentar esta tarea. Además se concluye que la implementación de la norma y posible certificación son tareas a mediano y largo plazo
