Estudio de organización del trabajo en la Empresa Constructora del Poder Popular Sagua de Tánamo

Abstract

En la actualidad el estudio de la organización del trabajo es de significativa importancia para todas las empresas, ya que contribuye al perfeccionamiento continuo de los procesos y del desempeño organizacional. La presente investigación fue desarrollada en el proceso de producción de bloques de la Empresa Constructora (ECOPP) Sagua de Tánamo perteneciente al Poder Popular con el objetivo de aplicar, de forma parcial, un procedimiento para la organización del trabajo en dicha área. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se elaboró el marco teórico referencial de la investigación donde aparecen recogidos los elementos fundamentales que permiten adentrarse en el estudio del tema. Se aplicó, de forma parcial, el procedimiento de Nieves Julbe (2008), el cual permitió caracterizar y diagnosticar área objeto de estudio, así como sus procesos fundamentales, y trazar acciones para una mejora de la organización del trabajo en el proceso estudiado. Para el desarrollo del trabajo se aplicaron diversos métodos teóricos y empíricos que contribuyeron en el cumplimiento del objetivo propuesto. Con la realización de la investigación se obtuvieron como principales resultados la identificación de los principales problemas existentes en cuestión de organización del trabajo y además, se proponen un conjunto de soluciones, que de ser implementadas, permitirán erradicar los problemas detectados y contribuir a un desempeño superior de la organización.

At the present time the study of the organization of the work is of a significant importance for all the companies, since it contributes to the continuous improvement of the processes and of the organizational acting. The present investigation was developed in the process of production of blocks of the Company Manufacturer (ECOPP) Sagua of Tánamo belonging to the Popular Power with the objective of applying, in a partial way, a procedure for the organization of the work in this area. To give execution to the proposed objective the mark theoretical referential of the investigation it was elaborated where they appear picked up the fundamental elements that allow going into in the study of the topic. It was applied, in a partial way, Nieves' procedure Julbe (2008), which allowed to characterize and to diagnose area study object, as well as their fundamental processes, and to trace actions for an improvement of the organization of the work in the studied process. For the development of the work diverse theoretical and empiric methods were applied that contributed in the execution of the proposed objective. With the realization of the investigation they were obtained as main results the identification of the main existent problems in question of organization of the work and also, they intend a group of solutions that of being implemented, they will allow to eradicate the detected problems and to contribute to a superior acting of the organization.
