Gestión del trabajo docente metodológico en el CUM “Calixto García”. principales resultados

Abstract

El trabajo tuvo como objeto de estudio el trabajo metodológico que se desarrolla en la Educación Superior en los municipios cubanos, debido a la particularidad de este y la no existencia de herramientas de gestión para llevarlo a cabo. Se hizo un análisis valorativo del proceso y el resultado alcanzado utilizando los principales métodos de investigación teóricos y empíricos para la recogida de la información. La investigación tuvo como objetivo revelar las particularidades del trabajo metodológico en el CUM de Calixto García y como su acertada dirección y ejecución contribuyó a la obtención de resultados cuantitativos y cualitativos muy favorables y superiores significativamente al curso precedente. El estudio constituye un aporte teórico–práctico para la gestión del proceso docente educativo en condiciones de universalización de la educación superior integrada en los municipios cubanos. Su realización en el Centro Universitario Municipal Calixto García durante el curso 2019-2020 corroboró la necesidad de extender la universidad en el municipio como un espacio particular susceptible de ser gestionado desde una perspectiva que encierre el carácter diferenciado y desarrollador del trabajo metodológico como sistema

The object of the study was to study the methodological work that is carried out in Higher Education in Cuban municipalities, due to the particularity of this and the lack of management tools to carry it out. An evaluative analysis of the process and the result achieved was made using the main theoretical and empirical research methods for the collection of information. The objective of the research was to reveal the particularities of the methodological work in the CUM of Calixto García and how its correct direction and execution contributed to the obtaining of very favorable quantitative and qualitative results and significantly superior to the previous course. The study constitutes a theoretical-practical contribution for the management of the educational process in conditions of universalization of integrated higher education in Cuban municipalities. Its completion at the Calixto García Municipal University Center during the 2019-2020 academic year corroborated the need to extend the university in the municipality as a particular space susceptible to be managed from a perspective that encloses the differentiated character and developer of methodological work as a system
