La Formación Vocacional Pedagógica para maestros primarios: acciones para su desarrollo en el proceso educativo

Abstract

En el tercer Perfeccionamiento Educacional la formación vocacional pedagógica se mantiene como una necesidad en aras de preparar a las nuevas generaciones para responder a la fuerza laboral que demanda la sociedad para el desarrollo de los sistemas educativos. Reviste singular importancia en las carreras de la Educación Primaria, por ser el Nivel educativo donde los niños empiezan a descubrir o esbozan sus primeras habilidades o talentos. Demás, facilita que el individuo reconozca, analice y exhiba esas habilidades, intereses, valores y rasgos de personalidad que resulten compatibles con la elección de formación profesional y laboral, donde el accionar de los docentes es fundamental. Sin embargo, aún es insuficiente el trabajo realizado en este sentido. Persisten dificultades en el conocimiento por parte de los escolares acerca del estudio de las carreras pedagógicas. Además, es insuficiente el nivel de creatividad y preparación de los docentes para dirigir este proceso al realizar las actividades, lo que afecta el desarrollo de sus motivaciones profesionales hacia las carreras pedagógicas en correspondencia con las demandas sociales. Para ello, en el presente trabajo se elabora una propuesta de actividades para favorecer el proceso de formación vocacional pedagógica hacia la carrera de maestro primario, en los escolares del segundo ciclo de la Educación Primaria, las que favorecen dicho proceso y su validez se constata en la práctica educativa

The vocational pedagogic formation keeps on like a need for the sake of preparing the new generations to respond by force labor that you demand the society for the development of the educational systems in the third Educational Perfecting. Review singular importance in the races of the Primary Education to be the educational Level where children begin to discover, or they sketch his first abilities or talents. Besides, the fact that the individual recognize makes easy, examine and exhibit those abilities, interests, moral values and personality features that prove to be compatible with the election of professional and labor formation, where it is fundamental to trigger of the teachers. However, still the work accomplished in this sense is insufficient. Difficulties in the knowledge for part of the students about the study of the pedagogic races persist . Besides, the level of creativity and preparation of the teachers to direct this process when accomplishing activities is insufficient, that affects the development of its professional motivations toward the pedagogic races in mail with the social requests. A proposal of activities to favor the process of vocational pedagogic formation toward primary teacher's race, in the students of the second cycle of the Primary Education is elaborated for it, in the present work, the ones that favor the aforementioned process and his validity becomes verified in the educational practice
