Educación de la capacidad de organización de la vida en estudiantes universitarios

Abstract

En Cuba, la necesidad de fortalecer la Educación Superior ha constituido una prioridad del Gobierno y del Ministerio de Educación Superior, el que lleva a cabo un grupo de trasformaciones en función de que sus egresados adquieran una preparación cada vez más integral para afrontar su futuro profesional y social. Lo anterior implica tener una concepción más general de cómo estos estudiantes organizan su vida. Ante lo cual la elaboración de una estrategia pedagógica para la educación de la capacidad de organización de la vida en los estudiantes universitarios de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Primaria del Centro Universitario Municipal “Calixto García”, constituyó el objetivo de la presente investigación. La estrategia es la respuesta al problema: insuficiencias en la educación de la capacidad de organización de la vida de los estudiantes de la carrera Licenciatura en Educación Primaria, limita la integralidad en su formación profesional. En este sentido se distinguen bajos niveles de desarrollo de la referida capacidad en dichos estudiantes. La estrategia está estructurada en etapas y acciones que facilitan la operatividad de su implementación en el proceso educativo. La misma se aplica con resultados favorables en el Centro Universitario. Mediante la combinación de diferentes métodos se obtienen evidencias sobre su efectividad

In Cuba, the necessity to strengthen Higher Education has constituted the Government's priority and of the Ministry of Superior Education, the one that carries out a group of transformation in function of its graduated students acquire a more and more integral preparation to confront its professional and social future. The above mentioned implies a general conception of how these students organize their lives. It implies the elaboration of a pedagogic strategy for the education of the capability of life arrangement in the university students of the Major Degree in Primary Education of the Municipality University Center "Calixto García", it constituted the goal of the present research. The strategy is the answer to the problem: inadequacies in the education of the capability of life arrangement of the students of the career Degree in Primary Education, it limits the integrity in their professional formation. In this sense they are distinguished low levels of development of the referred capability in this students. The strategy is structured in stages and actions that facilitate the operability of its implementation in the educational process. It is applied with favorable results in the University Center.
