Planeación cuantitativa de recursos humanos en la Unidad de Handling del Aeropuerto Internacional "Frank País" de Holguín

Abstract

La presente investigación fue realizada en el Aeropuerto Internacional “Frank País” de Holguín, con el objetivo de aplicar un procedimiento que permita determinar los recursos humanos necesarios en las operaciones de limpieza de aeronaves y manipulación de equipajes en la estera de salida durante los meses de temporada alta. Para dar cumplimiento al objetivo propuesto se aplicó el procedimiento de planeación de recursos humanos de Hechavarría Leyva (2013), diseñado para las empresas de la Aviación Civil. Este se encuentra compuesto por tres fases con diferentes pasos o tareas a seguir, que permiten caracterizar la entidad y diagnosticar la situación actual de las áreas objeto de estudio, detectándose una sobreutilización de las capacidades humanas, o sea, un déficit de trabajadores en las operaciones de limpieza de aeronaves y manipulación de equipajes en la estera de salida. Para el progreso de la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos como: Análisis y síntesis, Histórico lógico, Hipotético deductivo; así como métodos empíricos: la observación directa, revisión de documentos, entrevistas, datos históricos representativos y la técnica de estudio de tiempo el cronometraje. Además de la utilización del software MEDTRAB.

The present investigation was carried out in the Frank País International Airport of Holguín, with the objective of applying a procedure that allows to determine the necessary human resources in the operations of cleaning of airships and manipulation of the baggage in the exit mat during the months of high season. To give execution to the proposed objective the procedure of planning of human resources of Hechavarría Leyva (2013) was applied, designed for the companies of the Civil Aviation. This is compound for three phases with different steps or tasks to continue that allow to characterize the entity and to diagnose the current situation of the areas study object, being detected an over use of the human capacities, that is to say, a deficit of workers in the operations of cleaning of airships and manipulation of the baggage in the exit mat. For the progress of the investigation, theoretical methods were used as: Analysis and synthesis, Historical logical, Hypothetical deductive; as well as empiric methods: the direct observation, revision of documents, interviews, representative historical data and the technique of study of time the timing.
