Proyección tecnológica del almacén del Centro de Inmunología y Biopreparados, Holguín

Abstract

Un almacén es un lugar o espacio físico para el almacenaje de bienes. Este constituye un elemento fundamental dentro de la red logística y tiene gran importancia tanto para la empresa en particular, como para la red logística en general. Atendiendo a lo anteriormente planteado se realizó la presente investigación en el Centro de Inmunología y Biopreparados, de Holguín (CIBHo), con el objetivo general de proponer un procedimiento para la proyección tecnológica de su almacén, la cual ha sido diseñada hace más de tres años por la Empresa de Ingeniería y Diseño, Vértice. En los últimos años la organización ha incrementado su producción, y a su vez planea seguir aumentándola con la instalación de nueva tecnología, por lo que en esta investigación se propondrá el nuevo diseño para obtener un mejor aprovechamiento de las reservas espaciales existentes. Para la realización de la investigación se consultaron un conjunto de bibliografías relacionadas con la actividad de almacenamiento, para definir los objetivos, técnicas y tareas del procedimiento escogido. Como resultados fundamentales de esta investigación se detectaron violaciones en los principios de almacenamiento, un incremento mayor al 200% de los niveles productivos, una organización en planta deficiente, también se destaca una inadecuada tecnología de almacenamiento para la que se proponen soluciones y alternativas para una nueva organización en planta que garantiza la utilización efectiva de sus capacidades. Se utilizaron métodos teóricos como el de análisis y síntesis de la información, el inductivo-deductivo, además de métodos empíricos como entrevistas y observación directa

Of late years the institution has incremented their production, and in turn plans keeping on gaining with the installation new technology, which is why in this investigation the new design will be intended to get out a better use of itself the space existent stock. They checked a set of bibliographies related with the activity storage, to define objectives, techniques and tasks of the chosen procedure for the realization of investigation. As fundamental results of this investigation detected to 200 % of productive the levels, an organization in deficient plant violations in the principles storage, a bigger increment, also an inadequate technology stands out of storage for the one that solutions and alternatives for a new organization in plant that the effective utilization of his capabilities guarantees proposes themselves.
