Determinación de los indicadores de los procesos explotativos de la cosechadora de caña CCA-5000 en la Empresa Agroindustrial “Antonio Guiteras Holmes”

Abstract

La investigación se desarrolló en la UBPC “La Pedrera” perteneciente al CAI ”Antonio Guiteras Holmes”, ubicado en el municipio Puerto Padre, provincia Las Tunas, dedicada a la producción de caña de azúcar. Los campos son rectangulares de 500 metros de largo por 160 metros de ancho y los rendimientos agrícolas fluctúan entre 50 y 100 toneladas por hectáreas de la variedad de caña Cuba 266-70, Cuba 137-81, terrenos acamellonados, llanos y ligeramente ondulados. Se evalúan los índices de la cosechadora de caña CCA-5000, mediante las pruebas de campo en distintas condiciones agrotécnicas. Se efectuaron 30 observaciones, según la metodología para la evaluación tecnológica explotativa, con el objetivo de obtener una representación adecuada del balance de tiempo de la jornada que aparece en dicha metodología. Las observaciones se realizaron del 9 de Mayo al 6 de Junio. El método de estudio utilizado fue el analítico-investigativo, utilizando la técnica del cronometraje con la jornada laboral en base a 24 horas de trabajo.

The investigation was developed in UBPC "The Quarry" belonging to the C.A.I "Antonio Guiteras Holmes", located in the municipality Delicias, county Las Tunas, dedicated to the production of cane of sugar. The fields are rectangular of 500 meters long for 160 meters wide and the agricultural yields fluctuate between 50 and 100 tons for hectares of the cane variety Cuba 266-70, Cuba 137-81, terrestrial acamellonados, flat and lightly wavy. The cane cropper's indexes CCA- 5000 is evaluated, by means of the field tests in different condition agrotécnicas. 30 observations were made, according to the methodology for the evaluation technological explotativa, with the objective of obtaining an appropriate representation of the balance of time of the day that appears in this methodology. The observations were carried out from May 9 to June 6. The method of used study was the analytic-investigative one, using the technique of the timing with the labor day based on 24 working hours.
