Contribución a la mejora del Sistema de Mantenimiento de las máquinas encoladoras, ARGRAF - Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo está enfocado en el diagnóstico a la gestión del mantenimiento en la UEB Gráfica de Holguín, ARGRAF, centrado en la línea de encolado una de las principales de dicha entidad, se pretende proponer mejoras que contribuyan a un mejor funcionamiento y desenlace de la misma, el mantenimiento implantado en la actualidad es el Sistema Alternativo de Mantenimiento, que ha tenido buenos resultados en su trayectoria, pero se hace necesario introducir cambios en el sistema y adaptar algunos parámetros a las condiciones reales de la UEB. Se efectuarán análisis y se aplicaran varios métodos con el fin de obtener información necesaria que permita poder tomar decisiones, estos métodos se aplicarán a las tres máquinas de la línea de encolado con el fin de saber su estado técnico actual y poder actuar sobre las deficiencias que se detecten, algunos métodos son; Pareto, TAM, Técnicas Delphi entre otras, las máquinas son; Baby Pony, modelo 246, año 1988, fabricadas por Alemania; y dos SULBY, modelo 2500 del año 1989 y fabricadas por Inglaterra, el estado técnico de estas 3 máquinas es desfavorable: tienen casi 30 años de explotación continua, y nunca han sido sometidas a reparaciones generales, la adquisición de piezas de repuesto en el mercado internacional se dificulta en exceso por lo que se hace necesario su recuperación por vías propias, para devolverles su plena capacidad de trabajo, se fabricaron piezas como cuchillas fresadoras, brazo de la mesa, además de proponer variar su ciclo de mantenimiento pues se les aplica cada tres meses y no por horas trabajadas como establecen las normas internacionales.

The present work is focused in the diagnosis to the administration of the maintenance in the Graphic UEB of Holguín, ARGRAF, centered in the line of having glued one of the main ones of this entity, seeks to intend improvements that contribute to a better operation and outcome of the same one, the maintenance implanted at the present time it is the Alternative System of Maintenance that has had good results in its trajectory, but it becomes necessary to introduce changes in the system and to adapt some parameters to the real conditions of the UEB. Analysis will be made and several methods were applied with the purpose of obtaining necessary information that allows to be able to make decisions, these methods they will be applied to the three machines of the line of having glued with the purpose of to know its current technical state and to be able to act on the deficiencies that are detected, some methods they are; Pareto, TAM, Technical Delphi among other, the machines are; Baby Pony, model 246, year 1988, manufactured by Germany; and two SULBY, model 2500 of the year 1989 and manufactured by England, the technical state of these 3 machines is unfavorable: they are almost 30 years of continuous exploitation old, and they have never been subjected to general repairs, the acquisition of spare parts in the international market is hindered in excess by what becomes necessary its recovery for own roads, to return them its full work capacity, pieces like kitchen knives milling machines were manufactured, arm of the table, besides intending to vary its cycle of since maintenance is applied every three months and not for hours worked as they establish the international norms.
