Gestión de Riesgos Laborales en la Empresa Constructora Militar No. 2 de Holguín

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como objetivo general la identificación y evaluación de los factores de riesgo asociados al proceso de construcción de un edificio con sistema constructivo FORSA, para esto se utilizó el procedimiento para la identificación, evaluación y control de la resolución 31/2002 haciendo un fuerte énfasis en la gestión con un enfoque por procesos. En el transcurso del procedimiento se utilizaron técnicas como el método de Kendall que permitió conocer cuáles eran los factores de riesgo que más afectan o pueden afectar a los trabajadores para este tipo de actividad. Para la evaluación de los riesgos se utilizó fundamentalmente el método general de evaluación de la resolución antes mencionada, aunque también se utilizaron métodos cuantitativos como el de e- NIOSH y el de RULA. La investigación se divide en dos capítulos, en el primero se abordan temas como la gestión de los riesgos en el trabajo y métodos para la evaluación de estos; en el segundo se hace referencia al procedimiento empleado así como la aplicación parcial de este. Además se elaboró un plan de medidas preventivas que debe ser aplicado por la institución

The present investigation work has as general objective the identification and evaluation of the factors of risk associated to the process of construction of a building with constructive system FORSA, for this the procedure was used for the identification, evaluation and control of the resolution 31/2002 making a strong emphasis in the administration with a focus for processes. In the course of the procedure they were used technical as the method of Kendall that allowed to know which they were the factors of risk that more they affect or they can affect the workers for this activity type. For the evaluation of the risks it was used the general method of evaluation of the resolution fundamentally before mentioned, although quantitative methods were also used as the one of and-NIOSH and that of RULA. The investigation is divided in two chapters, in the first one topics like the administration of the risks are approached in the work and methods for the evaluation of these; in the second reference is made to the used procedure as well as the partial application of this. A plan of preventive measures was also elaborated that should be applied by the institution
